Film star, Broadway actor and classically trained musician (composer+violinist+vocalist), Charleene Closshey debuted on stage at the tender age of two. She began to play the piano and read music the same year, spending much of her childhood learning different instruments, including flute, clarinet, harp, and viola.After receiving her BS in Marketing and Exercise Science from Florida Southern College, she continued her artistic education at The Juilliard School, New York University, Circle in the Square and Berklee College of Music.Starring in the feature film "An Evergreen Christmas", her charisma and Southern charm bring to life a struggling musician's journey to express her own voice. Also starring Naomi Judd (The Judds), Robert Loggia ("Scarface"), and Booboo Stewart ("Twilight Saga"), Charleene both co produced and composed the musical score for this fresh holiday favorite, receiving a Best Actress nomination at the California Independent Film Festival.
