Mark Mercado was born to Ema Mercado and Frank Moreno in 1974. He was born in Culver City, California and raised in Venice, California until the age of 13. He then moved to West Los angeles in 1987. Mark began as a music artist at the age of 15, which ultimately led him to Sound and Film school in 1999.
