Blue Streak
Shocked by finding out that the old building where he put a huge diamond he steals, has became Los Angeles new police office, Miles Logan, a jewel thief, who during a robbery has arrested by the police, the thing that him to hide the jewel in an old building, struggles against restoring it by undercover as a police officer.

Character is precisely what's missing in Blue Streak, with Lawrence coming off as little more than thinly defined cliches of his manic and occasionally hilarious self, and his co-stars nothing more than bland dupes and paper-thin stereotypes.
