Quite insipid and wretchedly unengaging.

Lacks the classic Disney charm that works for adults as well as kids
March 30, 2016
At just 74 minutes, Oliver and Company is one of the shortest full-length features from Disney, but there's a lot packed into it. While no one will ever mistake Oliver and Company for one of the Disney's golden oldies, it's still doggone entertaining.
November 13, 2009
The computer-assisted animation is relatively stiff and inexpressive.

January 01, 2000
Take the kids. Have fun.
January 26, 2006
Much cornball adventure ensues, punctuated by healthy helpings of singing, dancing and general merriment.
November 13, 2009
Even as a cartoon poodle, Bette Midler stops the show.
