Description
A trouble-making criminal named R.P. McMurphy is sentenced by the court and ends up in prison. McMurphy encounters and stands witness to the abuse and degradation of the Nurse Ratchet who has power and authority. Watching this again, I am less inclined to regard Nurse Ratched as a simple villain, despite her vindictive humiliation of poor, shy Billy, and more like a professional who refuses to be bullied by a bunch of men.
